Replacement the UM7

I have a question about UM7

last month, I ask replacement of UM7

Caleb Chamberlain speaks me that he replace UM7.

So I send our shipping address to him.

But I don`t receive UM7 so I wonder that UM7 is moving to our address.

Please say that your company send UM7 to our address.
