NMEA packets disabled

I could make different measurements with all the options presented in the cofiguration tab including nmea packets, but after a while when I activate NMEA packets (orientation), there is no streaming data for euler angles even in the serial interface software, just a blue line streaming with showing zero, resetting to factory or updating the firmware didnot solved the issue and I dont know what kind of thing triggered the problem.

The Serial Interface doesn’t read the NMEA packets. To see the NMEA data, you can open the serial port in a terminal like Putty.
