CHR Serial Interface Source Code problems

Hello,

I have a UM7 sensor recently and make a USB-serial converter works, The UM7 is work well in the installation program of latest CHR Serial Interface (version 3.1.2). But when I run the downloaded source code from http://www.chrobotics.com/serial-interface, it shows that the version of source codes is 3.1.0 and I can not compile and build the source code under Win 8 and VS 2012.
So can I get the latest CHR Serial Interface source codes (verison 3.1.2)?
